How far is it to the beach?

It is two blocks from Ocean Breeze to the sand. One block from Ocean Breeze on Lemoyne Ave to South Forest Beach Drive and then one block to South Forest Beach. As there are numerous beach accesses, I would recommend making a right at the corner of Lemoyne Ave and South Forest Beach Drive and using the first crossing on your left (approximately 30 yards).

What is the bed situation?

There is one queen bed in the master bedroom, two single beds in the second bedroom, one queen bed in the first floor bedroom and a couch in the living room.

Where are you located?

We are approximately 4 blocks south of Coligny circle. Turn right off of South Forest Beach onto Lemoyne Ave and go one block to Ocean Breeze.

Are the animals allowed?

Yes, with common sense rules. They must be on a lead outside the unit. You must pick up after them. They may not be aggressive or annoying to neighbors. They are not to be in the pool area ($500.00 fine). They must have all CURRENT shots and vaccinations and the certificates to prove it before checking in. They are not to be on the furniture or beds. They are to be loved and cuddled and made happy on their vacation.

May we have more than 7 people in the unit?

No. It would be to crowded.

Do you have a grill?

Yes, there is a grill on the deck. As in all cases with grills you must use common sense. Don't have it too close to the siding, be careful when lighting it. Don't let pooch or the children close when using it. You are responsible for providing the fuel.

How many parking spaces do I get?

You will be issued a maximum of two parking decals. More than that will have to park in the visitor spaces if available. If no spaces are available you will have to park off site in public parking.

Driving Directions to Ocean Breeze:

From I-95 exit 8-
Take the US-278 E exit-number 8- toward SUNCITY/BLUFFTON/HILTON

HEAD IS.
Travel approximately 27 miles to the Cross Island Expressway.

Take the expressway (Toll Road) to the very end. Travel to the first roundabout

(Circle-approximately 1.1 mile) and take the second exit (you will have continued

straight through the circle) onto Pope Ave.

Continue on Pope Ave to the second roundabout (approximately 1/2 miles) and take

the first exit making a right turn onto South Forest Beach Drive.

Continue on South Forest Beach drive for (4) blocks to Lemoyne Ave.

Make a right turn onto Lemoyne Ave and travel one block. The entrance for Treetops/

Ocean Breeze will be on your left. When entering Ocean Breeze bear left and travel to

the second Cul-de-sac, your villa will be on your left.
